Bad temperature control

This model is designed NOT to go below 400 degrees. Also there is no air gap adjustment to balance out the two burners. It does not work as advertised by Blackstone for ot's griddles
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Assembled easy and very sturdy. Seasoned with the Blackstone product, shiny and black after 3 applications. Great cooktop. Burgers are awesome. Bacon and pancakes were EZ PZ, no sticking. However, not good for steaks, bleh ….

Just got the 28" as a Father's Day gift from my kids!! Was very easy to assemble, with just a philips head screwdriver. Assembled in less than 30 minutes, and was seasoning completed in about 15 minutes. Used regular vegetable oil for seasoning. Cooked some sausage and cabbage and fried rice. Amazing!!

My husband bought the Blackstone Grill for me last Christmas. But I haven't been able to get it away from him. Lol. He cooks on it almost every week....but I don't mind and neither does our family and friends. Thanks for making such a great product.
