Just unboxed and put the unit together. Very good quality product so far. Easy to setup. Just waiting to season the griddle and get cooking.

It was easy to set up. Seasoning is pretty easy if you keep the coats of oil thin. I used six coats of Crisco and four coats of avocado oil.

We just received the grill and put it together quickly. Assembly was straight forward and simple. Seasoned easily with the Blackstone Seasoning (which is quite impressive). We cannot wait to use it for dinner tonight.
