Did not use soap on first wash. Cooked evenly for the most part, 4th burner seemed to put out less heat.

Ready to Eat!!!

Pretty easy to put together. Not a 30 minute job as described. An hour plus a few would be more accurate. Can’t give a 5 because I haven’t used it yet. The griddle was slightly off balance and had to add a few extra washers to get it to stop wobbling.

Heat shield not fastened , griddle surface uneven

Ordered black stone 36” and the heat shield has 1 screw out of 4 , so will not stay in place.
After installation, my griddle surface is not even and wobbles
