I just got my Blackstone for Fathers Day2024! Haven’t had a chance to use it. But the set up was easy!! Really looking forward to make my family so good meals-first meal the family wants Fajitas

First Griddle

Have not cooked on this yet but easy to put together. Did have one screw that was difficult to screw in. Ended up stripping the head so I went and bought a replacement screw.

Assembly could have been easier if all the holes lined up. Holes for the 'J' knob screw to support shelf misaligned. Had to drill out the bushing in the leg assembly.
Seaoning and cooking went well for first time use. Will probably be fine for future cooking.
