Just got this yesterday. Already have a pellet smoker that I love, but my father-in-law bought this for us to go along with it.
Seasoned it before using (honestly kind of an enjoyable process in itself), then broke it in with burgers. Made my first smash patties, grilled some onions, and toasted the buns. All came out perfectly! Today I grilled swordfish steak. I don’t like steak, but this grilled perfectly (please don’t make fun of me for not using real steak, I was fulfilling a promise). 2/2 on perfect grills. Much easier without an open flame.
Cleaning is simple, easy, and kind of enjoyable? Took me 5-10 minutes to clean while I was letting the meat rest.
All that to say, absolutely love it. I’ll try to remember to report back in a few months.

The griddle is great. However I did give it 4 stars because it came with a few dents and a large grey dirty mark on the hood.
