Mostly easy installation

Installation was fairly easy. Only issue was loosening the screws to put the side tables on; one was so tight, ended up stripping that screw. Recommend a flat head for those.

I love my Blackstone. With the exception of one thing, I was able to follow the instructions to assembly it. I am now ready to proceed to the Operation Instructions, but will have to wait as I a missing one of the Control knobs, which is the one thing that I referred to, which explains the 4 out of 5 Star value. I look forward to completing the set up and using the griddle for the first time upon getting the knob.

i’m 6 foot four and the cooking surface of this does not even come up to my hips. This product needs to be much taller to be usable for a wider range of people.
