First Griddle

Have not cooked on this yet but easy to put together. Did have one screw that was difficult to screw in. Ended up stripping the head so I went and bought a replacement screw.

Assembly could have been easier if all the holes lined up. Holes for the 'J' knob screw to support shelf misaligned. Had to drill out the bushing in the leg assembly.
Seaoning and cooking went well for first time use. Will probably be fine for future cooking.

Came in decent condition, the corner had some Styrofoam stuck to it and a couple scratches but can't wait to cook with it!
