Loving it!

I love the large surface to cook on. It’s nice because you can cook for a large crowd or cook multiple things at once. I’m happy with my Blackstone Griddle.

I followed the instructions and assembled by myself in less than 90 minutes, mostly with a flashlight. Can’t wait to season and start using it!!

Having a great time finding new recipes to use on our Blackstone. We so far we really enjoy teriyaki bowls, a staple to our monthly menu.
