Best griddle on the market!

We purchased the 28" Blackstone Griddle. Assembly was easy enough only needing a Philips screwdriver & a crescent wrench. Very impressed with the overall design & quality build parts. Our griddle came pre seasoned which was a nice surprise. After the initial washing we also seasoned our griddle with the Blackstone conditioning/seasoning product twice before trying our griddle. The brats we made turned out great cooking on a low to medium heat. Cleanup was a breeze with minor scraping, paper towel wiping off the residue, & a light coat of "Pam" for final protection. Only bad comment is I've unleashed a monster, in my wife now wanting to purchase all kinds of food to grill moving forward!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love the large surface to cook on. It’s nice because you can cook for a large crowd or cook multiple things at once. I’m happy with my Blackstone Griddle.

Grill not igniting
