Been wanting one of these since last summer! Finally got around to it and it looks awesome! Can’t wait to cook on it. I will rate it a 3 since I haven’t used it yet. But I’m confident it will be great!

First time Blackstone owner!

Cooked dinner for the first time tonight on the new Blackstone Grill, and it was mostly great. The seasoning process was extensive, just like all other cast-iron pans. I do see that the heat holds more towards the middle when cooking, and cleaning it after cooking for the first time was a pain but other than that, can’t wait to try more!
