We are excited to join the Blackstone family. Pretty simple set up. Had a couple of cosmetic spots but all in all no complaints so far. Heading to the store soon to grab some steak. :)

It was pretty easy to assemble. We have watch many You Tube Griddle videos to see how to season and care for this Blackstone. I wish there had been care instructions with griddle for easy reference. We haven’t cooked on it yet so I’m unable to rate it,
