Busted nobs and damaged parts

One of the nobs was loose out of the box as well as a bent orange ring that goes between the handle and the hood. Everything else looks great.

This is my 2nd blackstone I bought my 1st one to bring to my cabin but after trying it out I had to keep it at the house to use. So I ended up getting a 2nd one for the cabin.
