Just purchased a 28 inch Blackstone with hood. Perfect size for a family of 4. Wish we would’ve bought sooner! It’s awesome cooking an entire meal outside…and all at once!

Setup not the best

The step in the instructions where you attatch the trays was not very easy. The 2 bolts you attach the trays to hold the legs in place. You have to loosen them to slide the tray over them but the legs were folding in making it difficult to get the tray behind them. Had to have a 2nd person to pull the legs in. The griddle top is also not very secure either. Just 2 pegs that fall into holes and mine was not level. There is a slight wobble and there is no way to secure it to the stand. Wish that was better designed. Griddle cooks great and I enjoy it despite the setup
