I have not used my Blackstone yet. I am looking forward to that. The unit went together pretty easily, and is quite sturdy. It also looks really good

Only had a chance to use it twice so far. Smash burgers, and Chicken shrimp stir fry! Can’t wait for salmon and mixed veggies tomorrow! The best two meals I’ve ever cooked outside. You tube is your friend!
I would recommend this to a friend!
