Very disappointed ☹️

We purchased our Blackstone, hooked up the gas tank, turned it on & seasoned the griddle as directed. Next evening we prepared to cook our burgers but after several attempts, it wouldn’t light. Definitely gas coming thru, fresh battery in the igniter but wouldn’t light. We had to manually light it with matches. We’ll try 1 more time but doubtful it will work. After 2 hours of assembly, I hope we aren’t asked to return it when I call tomorrow. I will update this review.
