Leaking propane hose.

28" omnivore

Bought in black Friday sale. We had a 36" where I used to work at. Always loved cooking on it. Finally after 3 years of wanting to get one for home I broke down and got me one. They cook anything I would recommend one to anyone.

Bottom pan bent

The bottom pan that holds the legs over, the hole doesn’t line up for me to feed the screw properly. I have it wedged in right now and writing a formal request

I probably won’t be purchasing another Blackstone griddle. Due to poor manufacturing of the parts, it took extreme effort to get the grill assembled. The stabilizing shelf did not fit into place without being bent. Also, one of the screws that needed to be loosened to install the side shelves was stripped when the base unit was put together at the factory. I needed to use a drill and screw remover to back out the screw. It was definitely cross-threaded. The next day got a replacement screw at the hardware store. Thanks Blackstone for turning the ‘30 minute assembly’ into a multiple day event. I got the griddled assembled and it seems to work, but the assembly process left me fuming.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Got my blackstone in and the bottom shelf did not line up with the screw hole. So skipping that step to proceed to put together blackstone its legs collapse and bend the self. Very upset with quality so far.
