Leaking propane hose.

The propane regulator does not have a good seal and leaks propane.

Bought in black Friday sale. We had a 36" where I used to work at. Always loved cooking on it. Finally after 3 years of wanting to get one for home I broke down and got me one. They cook anything I would recommend one to anyone.

The metal shield plate is only being held on by one screw when unboxed!!!! Why is this???? Can you send more screws and the tool needed to tighten them with please!!!!!

My 2nd blackstone. Burners explode with flames when turned on. Flames shoot out all sides from under the griddle to the point it has singed the hair on my arms and scorched my sweatshirt when I turn it on.

Lacking attention to detail when making this product, griddle top is wobbly,one of the screw at the upper right where you attach the right side shelf is stuck.

Griddle top

I got this griddle. The first use I cleaned the top and started cooking after. Right away the top was warped and wouldn’t cook evenly with all the oil running to the sides.

How do you not thread a screw?
