My wife got me the Griddler Blackstone for father's day. It was a nice surprise. It was already assembled. The griddle Blackstone cooking surface was a little unbalance I'm sure me and my family will enjoy this for many years.

heats fast and fun to grill on. Coming from a Weber to this I have to say this was half the price and doubles my options of ways to prepare meals

Great Quality Cooking Device

The grill seems to be great quality, robust, and the griddle top is certainly heavy duty. I have yet to cook anything, I just completed assembly which took longer than the 30 minutes the box suggests. It will be interesting to see how the griddle top holds up to use over time.
