Loving my Blackstone

I've had my new Blackstone 28" about two weeks now, I'm loving it. I spent a few hours seasoning it after watching my You Tube videos, and it has really paid off. Food cooks well and releases great. I'm having fun finding new recipes to try out, and have found several that are real keepers.

Stripped screw

Installation was easy until we had a stripped screw where the shelf goes. We had to extract it which took some time.

First Blackstone griddle. Griddle didn’t season well. Seems to have overheated and finish flaked off.
