It seems like a great griddle, but upon assembly I discovered the griddle wobbles and doesn't sit flat on the frame. Haven't used it yet, so we'll see how the review goes as i go.

Assembly was tougher than expected

A lot of the screw holes didn’t line up quite right without a bit of force. Nothing terrible or game breaking but I did expect an easier build. Excited to cook with it!

Assemby, not bad did it mostly by myself. A couple glitches along the way that were my oversights. Suggestions for instructions would be to label the shelves left vs right. Si some like me doesnt get in wrong! Even considering my mistake allow more time than suggested

The unit is great just a couple of items. Instructions are not clear. Unit legs are very wobbly. The unit needs two people to put together.

I have always cooked on a charcoal grill, and have loved it, but hated how much smoke it generated, and it would always blow in my face.
This gives me a lot more control over the heat, allows me to keep that heat for a long period of time, and I don’t get smoke blowing in my face.

Worst Griddle

Bought mine less than a month ago. Seasoned it with Blackstones own seasoning and conditioning at least 4 times. Covered it with the hard cover and bough a soft cover. Opened it a week later and nearly entire plate is rusted. To add to it, mine was missing a knob when I bought it…
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
