The assembly instructions were somewhat vague and pictures not were not detailed enough to follow easily, i.e. which way a panel should be orinted. The fasteners were all low grade, threads strip easily and a couple of the screws were not designed long enough for the application. I had to purchase a longer screw to assemble parts more securely. The overall quality and durability of the griddle seems good but only time will tell how well it lasts. I would expect better fasteners for a product claiming to be the best in the industry.

First time using a Blackstone

Great buying options and delivered on time. I bought the 28” with hold cover and 30 free accessories. I gave this product 4 stars because the quality of manufacturing isn’t very good. I started building the my Blackstone but had trouble installing the hand screws for the stabilizing shelf. The crossbar on one side of the griddle wasn’t very level and wouldn’t align correctly with the shelf. I had to grab some channel locks and bend the crossbar as well as the shelf in order to align the screw. After doing all that the screw still went in a bit forced. Seasoned it and cooked a few things and they came out great. Building it was definitely a hassle. If you buy one just remember it might a bit hard to put together and might need more tools than what the manual says.
