Griddle is working well, assembly took a bit longer for 1 person although 2persons working is recommended. I would recommend it; I did the first steaks and pork chops and they were done as we wanted. It’s like a hibachi and it does the meat as you like it

Not good quality

I was incredibly disappointed that the Blackstone I had ordered as a Mother’s Day gift came with issues immediately starting with assembly. The holes on the legs that you have to line up with the shelf to place screws in, were not drilled correctly making it impossible to put together safely without having to redrill them ourselves. Then once we got it assembled, not only was the igniter bad, but the regulator as well. So I have a heavy piece of metal hanging out on my back deck unusable on Mother’s Day weekend. I will be sending back and ordering a traeger.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
