Best griddle out there!!!

My uncle passed away and his favorite thing was the Blackstone. He passed it down to me and so did his skills!! I had to buy another one just a bit smaller so I got the 28” and it is the best!! Just made his signature Philly cheesesteaks and not one person had a crumb on their plate. Blackstone for life!!

Short shipping period, some slight disappointments with quality of parts (mainly spots on the griddle and a loose handle connection) but eager to get cooking.

Took some time to put together but assembly was easy to follow. Very sturdy and well made griddle. Haven’t tested it out but very excited about it.
