Easy to put together. Haven’t been able to use it since the orifice broke when trying to add the natural gas converter. Trying to get that fixed so I can use it.

Very nice looking griddle. Assemble was a little frustrating due to alignment of one of the riv-nuts but I managed to get everything put together. I am super excited to cool all the things on our new griddle!

Haven’t been able to grill with it yet as we haven’t had time to season the grill surface. The quality and easy of assembly was great. If I could make one comment: instead of telling the assembler to have the unit upside down when installing the under-grill shelf have the unit right side up and place the shelf on the legs making it easier to assemble. Just my opinion.

Everything I could have dreamed of

I was able to obtain my Blackstone through a rewards program, so it didn’t cost me anything extra. After seasoning it, I made hibachi and some burgers. Thus far, it’s amazing. Can’t wait to cook on it more!
