This thins is a bear to assemble:1-parts are everywhere…some of first parts needed are inside griddle cover at bottom of box. 2-screws are soft metal…must be “Chineseum”! 3- one nut was missing from stabilizing shelf…had to improvise from my nut and bold stash since I hade no metric nuts…solution is not pretty but it works. 4-there is no handle to move unit around. Using the shelf to lift end to move unit causes this shelf to Ben’s/distort where it is attached to the leg assembly…more “chineseium”. Very soft metal.
Overall, I pray this unit cooks as well as the smaller version we had previously so I will forget the trials and tribulations of assembly.

I have only used it once so far. It is definitely a learning curve compared to a regular gas grill but it will be fun learning.
