Instructions unclear

The instruction booklet tells you to install the stabilizing shelf upside down. I spent 20 minutes trying to get the thumb screws to go in holes that wouldn't line up. Once I figured out that I needed to flip the shelf, the rest of the assembly went smoothly.

First blackstone grill

Just purchased my grill. I did the prep work and cooked my first meal. Breakfast bacon, eggs, potatoes, sausage, and French toast. It came out awesome- food was amazing!

I just bought it yesterday so I haven't had a chance to use it yet. I'm going to season it today and cook fajitas on it tonight. Everybody that I know that owns a Blackstone say they love it.

Very easy to put together, easy to move around, it's sleak and sexy, and burns hotter than hot! Just got her seasoned with the Blackstone griddle and cast iron seasoning. She's ready to rock!

Just purchased, but the warranty registration required I leave a review before I’ve even used it. Seems fine, assembly was ok. Shelves seemed to take a disproportionate amount of time to put together vs their utility. 8 different sets of screws, washers, nuts, to install a bunch of hooks and additional railing that I don’t immediately need.
