We just received our 28” Griddle Blackstone and are excited to use it. It arrived super fast, within a few days of ordering. We haven’t finished setting it up yet, though we have other Blackstones that are great!

I got it to light the first 2 times I used it since then it won’t light. I’ve tried multiple ways and times and it just won’t light.

Burner misses the gas valve on right side pin to hold tank didn't have a hole for clip other than that ok
