I won a Four Roses 28 in griddle with hood fr a drawing and it is amazing!! My husband and I put this together! Only took us about an hour to put together and was easy. Thanks Blackstone!!

Nice griddle

Overall it's a nice griddle. Some issues with putting it together. Misaligned holes - my husband had to make one hole a little bit larger to be able to put it together and struggled to get another one to align but finally got it. Also, one of the orange disks for the handle was bent and needed to be fixed.
The handle gets hot (no rubber silicone sleeve on it). For as much as we paid for this it should have had the sleeve.
