Seasoning my 28” Blackstone was extremely easy. I used the Blackstone seasoned/conditioner and it gave me a great looking griddle. It’s so easy to cook and clean up.

Very impressed so far. I set it up myself. Definitely not the easiest build but was able to complete the set up in an hour. Pieces were protected well in delivery with zero issues. I’ve completed the conditioning and have done a few cooks. Love it. Only issue I have is the 28” inch w/side tables & hood griddle covers have been sold out hopefully not discontinued? Can’t fine one any where. Thx!!
