Very hot

This grill gets very very hot. Be careful to turn your food frequently and use a lot of oil to keep meats from sticking.

Not all the holes would line up, I had to enlarge a couple just a hair so the screws would line up.

The Blackstone was easy to assemble and season. Tried some veggies first and my kid loved the texture and taste asking for more.
