Assembly out of the box was surprisingly easy. Cooked smash burgers after seasoning the griddle and they were great. Clean up in a few minutes. Pleased so far.

Overall happy with my purchase but out of the box the griddle top wobbles and does not lock into the base on a flat surface.

First impression.

While I used friends and families blackstones before they have been great. However, just opening mine (accessories and griddle) some accessories were bent or broken at the welding joints and pieces of the griddle it’s self e.g., the handles washers were bent… it seems there is a quality control issues.
