Griddle instructions could have been better. The knobs do not stick on as they should and with a quick YouTube university lesson I got it fixed.

This gives me my second blackstone griddle and enjoy them both! Only downfall to this unit was trying to find a griddle mat for it, was not very many options available. Other than that, thing is awesome!
