Bundle issue

Just nitpicking for this review. I got the 28” with hood bundle. Unfortunately it comes with way more stuff than you can even put on the rails, maybe send some more rails with the accessory pack? Also wish this model was a little higher and had lockable wheels for wind and what not. Thank you!

My Wife thinks she's eating at Benihanas Japanese grille lol! I did a bone in ribeye using the grill thermometer...just to see how accurate it was and it was spot on. I have no idea why I kept buying regular grilles and never a blackstone! They have a forever customer now.

Amazing quality

Packaging and product quality is great. Only issue I had was the side shelf was slightly bent causing one of the m5 screws to not latch properly, I luckily had another longer one in my tool shed. Would definitely recommend!

28 Griddle w/ Hood

It was pretty simple to put together by myself but I can add the shelves due to the stew being pre stripped from the factory.
