We absolutely love our Blackstone! It’s the perfect size, not too big, but big enough for everything we need. We’ve used it so many times since purchasing and it’s so convenient, easy to clean, and simple to season. Everything we cook on it tastes amazing. We even got rid of our old barbecue and don’t see ourselves ever going back!

Griddle top tipped back and forth after assembly.

Not sure what caused it, but the grill top did not set evenly on all four studs causing it to rock. I put for washers under back left stud to stop it.
