Easy to assemble, griddle heats up quickly and once you learn how to care for it is easy to clean. Love the flavor the foods have when cooking on the blackstone, had a blast this summer trying new recipes on the blackstone. Used it almost daily.

It seems to work really good The biggest problem is that on its lowest setting it's scorching hot I think you guys probably should have put some sort of regulator on it a regulated down a little bit more like I said when you turn it on low it's red hot so you got to watch everything keep turning everything all the time other than that it works well
