Happy with the griddle. Got it at end of summer savings. Experimented by cooking veggies and meats since cooler weather. Hot summer temps kept me from wanting to be outside.

I am a huge fan and love my new Blackstone
Had an older 36” burner for past 3 years and was used when I got it. The smaller griddle is every bit as good.
