I was given this as a gift as I have the travel size one. When I went to put it together it was missing the rivets on the heating shield

I just got through assembling my first Blackstone Griddle. Didn't have any problems it's just extremely heavy! Can't wait to start cooking

Cooks well, but the assembly process was needlessly frustrating

Recently got the 28" hooded griddle and we have cooked and eaten outside so much lately! It's so easy and quick to clean up after cooking. Definitely good quality and value for my money.

Haven’t used it yet but just set it up and it looks amazing. Sturdy and well built.

We love our blackstone but we are having issues with the flames being very low no matter what setting it is on
