Amazing Griddle

I have had zero issues with this griddle’s ability to cook! Food has been great, cleanup isnt terrible with a properly seasoned surface, my only complaint is the side attachments. The fixed/bolted interface could be improved with a folding mechanism (maybe that model exists) to fit the actual grill cover. I bought the matching grill cover but its not compatible with the sides and the marketing info did not clarify that. So either update your item description or make the sides adjustable to make the actual 28” grill cover work with a 28” grill. Nobody is unbolting that interface everytime they want to put a cover back on

Love it but Grill surface is not level and wobbles

Hello, we were very excited to get our 28” grill with hood put together and ready for a Labor Day cookout. But sadly the cook surface is not steady and solid. After sitting it into the pre-assigned holes, we found that it wobbles. Can you please tell us how this can be remedied?
