Great directions and ease of finding the proper hardware to use. So many others need to learn from you ...will fire this up later tonight and earn the tag of ...Griddle Nation!

Warranty?
on October 10, 2024

The box says it comes with a 1 year warranty, and then when I register the product it tells me I have to purchase a 1 year warranty. And it was supposed to come with a soft cover and a 30-piece accessory kit. Neither of those came with it.

Expected better from Blackstone

Had some issues with the side table screws. One side is not fully tight and the screws were stripped. Also when we put the griddle part to the base we had to shim with washers so it didn’t wobble. Also whole base wobbles slightly as well.
