Easy to assemble. When I lit the burner for seasoning, something under the grille burned. Not sure what it was. There were no instructions to remove anything.

As a single mom of two boys, this has been amazing for cooking. Lots of food at once even with just the two burner to feed my very hungry boys. Easy cleanup, easy set up would definitely tell others to buy this.

It is definitely a bit of a learning curve from a charcoal grille but we love it. Much more versatile. No lost food between the grill plate.
