Easy assembly instructions, seasoning instructions as well but are a little misleading on the entire stone will turn black. I have yet to cook with it, so will review the cooking process at a later date.

Love my new Blackstone. I was a little hesitant on buying a flat top because I only ever smoked meats. My wife nagged me to get her one and now I’m in love with it. We can deep fat fry stuff and not worry about inside the house smelling bad.
