Works okay, definitely takes time to learn. One side much hotter than the other. Had someone else help me with seasoning it as he has had one for years. Having trouble with burgers sticking.

We’ve cooked on our new Blackstone 7 or 8 times in the last couple of weeks. Everything has been great and looking forward to many more delicious meals.
