Best outdoor cooking experience

I have used grills all my life.. and after finally switching to the Blackstone Griddle.. delicious outcomes .. in 3 weeks I have cooked on the griddle 8 times and my family has really enjoyed the taste of the food. Smash burgers, Korean bulgogi, chicken w Lo Mein noodles, Philly cheese steak sandwich, etc. love it.

New griddle. Was able to put it together . Did it myself. Took a few hours but good instructions.

Great but came with a dented top

Grill is great but the top/side of hood is dented after we had the whole thing already put together. Will be following up with Blackstone directly.
