Ship separate

I bought this on Black Friday. Seen the bundle. Great. Added grease. Come find out. Everything ships separately. Got the griddle. Have to wait a week for the accessories. Then another week or so for the grease. So now it sits in my garage waiting for almost a month for my accessories and grease

Thank you for the review!
We appreciate your feedback. Our accessories do ship out separately from our griddles because of the weight and how big the package is. We apologize for the inconvenience this may be, and we hope that the rest of your order arrived in great condtion.
If you have any questions or concerns reach out to our customer support!

Assembly

Assembly easy. I had take out a retaining shim in one of the control knobs and reinsert it correctly as it was put in crooked. All good now.

The product is great, the q r code and website registration is a scam to purchase longer warranties and shouldn’t be on there

28" omnivore

Bought in black Friday sale. We had a 36" where I used to work at. Always loved cooking on it. Finally after 3 years of wanting to get one for home I broke down and got me one. They cook anything I would recommend one to anyone.
