Griddle is working well, assembly took a bit longer for 1 person although 2persons working is recommended. I would recommend it; I did the first steaks and pork chops and they were done as we wanted. It’s like a hibachi and it does the meat as you like it

Good grill gets hot cooks fast little oil and nothing sticks. Hood is nice. Wish it had 4 wheels. Had to adjust igniter after a couple uses

I love it and can’t wait to use it. Relatively easy to assemble, but definitely needs two people. It’s very heavy, but to me it means it’s also very good quality, well constructed.
