Why did we wait so long?!?!

Truly, pitch the grill and get yourself a Blackstone flat top griddle- we do all of the pancakes, bacon, burgers, steaks, veggies on this thing and it’s awesome!

I really want to give a better review

I can see the griddle is a good griddle, and I want to give a better review. Hopefully when this matter gets taken care of. I purchased my Blackstone 28” I was so excited to use it and of course I wanted to use it for the cookout I was having in the 4th of July. Well I fortunately I was not able to operate the grill as it should because the gas knobs didn’t work I couldn’t get the gas to go higher or lower, had to remove them to turn the metal part with a wrench. Very disappointing and it was impossible to actually cook everything g on the griddle. I am hoping to leave a better review once the company repairs the problem.

Recently got the 28" hooded griddle and we have cooked and eaten outside so much lately! It's so easy and quick to clean up after cooking. Definitely good quality and value for my money.
