Warranty?

The box says it comes with a 1 year warranty, and then when I register the product it tells me I have to purchase a 1 year warranty. And it was supposed to come with a soft cover and a 30-piece accessory kit. Neither of those came with it.

Expected better from Blackstone

Had some issues with the side table screws. One side is not fully tight and the screws were stripped. Also when we put the griddle part to the base we had to shim with washers so it didn’t wobble. Also whole base wobbles slightly as well.

A Must Have!!

We love our Blackstone!! We started out with the 17” Blackstone but it just wasn’t big enough for all the cooking we do on it. It’s the most used “kitchen” item we have!

Warranty misleading

The box states “1 year warranty” but when I registered my blackstone, I was asked to pay for the warranty.

28" Blackstone with hood

Nice blackstone but the griddle is warped. I had to add washers to one side which I'll take a pic just in case I'll need another griddle. Also it comes with 2 shelf holders but only one shelf to hold bottles. It should came with 2 in my opinion. Also should have came with seasoning since you have to before cooking.

Not a 30 minute put together

It says put together in 30 minutes. It took that long to get it open and out of the box. 2 hours to put it together. Pieces of metal were bent, and holes didn’t line up in places . I haven’t even used it yet, I hope it works better than it took to put it together.
