Retired my old grill

Cooked for first time on my new Blackstone grill this week. Cooked a dinner and a breakfast. Both fantastic! Still learning the Blackstone but will not miss my old gas grill.

Bought a 36" 1st generation Blackstone a long time ago. Now that we're empty testers and doing a little more travellings, we decided to downsize a little bit. This, with a little work, will be mounted in the bed of our truck for tailgating and camping and will be well enjoyed

The griddle works fine but it is not made very sturdy or seemingly to last more than a couple years. Time will tell.
I had to use a hammer to bend the metal on the bottom shelf just to get the "easy" thumb screws lined up to thread. One of the bolts you have to loosen to get the side shelfs installed was messed up and I could not budge it even with high end screw drivers. In fear of snapping it off I just installed without that screw being used... We will see.
