It cooks great once you get the hang of it.... Kind of a pain in the butt to clean and season.... I found you need to use a lot more oil on the griddle or if when you rub it in with a paper towel the paper towel breaks apart. Cooks better than my ceramic grill I have of another brand but a little more difficult to maintain.

Thank you for the review. It will take a few cooks to build up that seasoning well enough to keep for from sticking. Once you get to that point, it is a breeze to cook on and clean up. Keep at it. I never realized the difference between outdoor grilling and griddling. This Blackstone is truly a game changer! The limitless options of foods we now cook outside is incredible!
