I never realized the difference between outdoor grilling and griddling. This Blackstone is truly a game changer! The limitless options of foods we now cook outside is incredible! Well made product and sturdy. Assembly not to bad either. Struggling with griddle getting hot enough. Followed suggestion on resetting safety gas flow but still would have expected higher temp
