I am learning how to go from open gas flames to griddle and some things I like better and some things less. However, I can cook a wider variety of meals with the griddle. The griddle itself is easy to use and I don’t have any complaints.

Holes don't line up with screws... had to drill out holes to align them for stabilizing shelf.
