Great but won’t start using the igniter button.

For whatever reason in order to light the grill I have to remove the griddle surface and use a hand held lighter to light the grill. It clicks and there is a tiny repetitive spark but it will not light the grill. Kind of frustrating but not worth the trouble of returning.
