The Perfect Griddle

I had the very first Blackstone griddle and loved it. I thought it was perfect, but Blackstone has made it even better. I love the hood and that the grease drain is now in the back. Very well-made and a solid investment. I cook on this every day!

Griddle enamel coating

Havent tried it yet, but the enamel coating on the griddle is bubbling in areas and flaking off. Hopefully just a defective model.
