Amazing

By the flaming beard of Saint Grilliam, this Blackstone Griddle is surely the gods’ own cooking altar! Never before have I, Sir Reginald of Baconshire, laid hands upon such a wondrous flat-heated contraption. With naught but a twist of the runed knobs, fire leapt forth as if summoned from the pits of culinary Valhalla. I cast upon it bacon, eggs, sausages, and flapjacks, and lo! They did sizzle and sear like offerings to a hungry war god. The surface—smooth as polished obsidian—cooked all evenly, with not a single burnt edge or undercooked shame. Grease flowed like golden rivers into the sacred drain, and cleanup? Easier than gutting a goblin. A quick scrape and swipe and ‘twas cleaner than a knight’s blade post-battle. Truly, this griddle is no common cook’s tool—it is a relic, blessed by flame and forged in secret by dwarves or angels. I shall cook upon it until the stars go dim. 5 of 5 stars, and I’d give it six if I weren’t bound by mortal math.

A new cooking experience

Easy to assemble. I purchased the natural gas conversion kit and was easily able to change the unit from LP to nat gas. Followed the seasoning instructions and I think I got it right. Should be a fun time cooking on my new Blackstone.

Easy Setup – Great Start!

So far so good! Just got it set up and the process was mostly straightforward. The only hiccup was getting the stabilizing tray in place—it took a bit of effort—but everything else went smoothly. Excited to start cooking!
