Ease of assembly

I just purchased my first Blackstone and it was very simple to assemble. After I read where a lot of people had issues with assembly I was discouraged, but it was a piece of cake. Took a little longer than 30 minutes but still not bad. Can’t wait to fire this up in the morning for some pancakes and bacon for the family. Also I really like the full hood model as well! A very slick looking grille!

Put it together in about 1/2 hour. Pretty straightforward. Seasoning was not a problem. Pretty good griddle so far.

Holes for screw misaligned

I love the grill! But… there is one screw where the holes will not line up regardless of what I do.

My 2nd blackstone. Burners explode with flames when turned on. Flames shoot out all sides from under the griddle to the point it has singed the hair on my arms and scorched my sweatshirt when I turn it on.
