Hood is defective

I just put it together and noticed the hood has some bubbles in the coating and a small spot of rust. Not the happiest customer.

Ready To Cook

We are replacing a BBQ grill with a Blackstone Griddle. We like the size and convenience of the griddle without all of the bulk of a gas grill. The griddle is very versatile and easy to use and maintain. There is nothing better than breakfast outside cooked on the griddle.
